Maintenance Technician II

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Tucson! This role will be primarily stationary, supporting a management team that oversees a 350‑acre campus on the southeast side of town and a high‑rise office building in downtown. The facilities management staff handles a variety of tasks related to the exterior, interior, and critical building systems. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems. Conduct daily rounds and interpret system readings. Coordinate and oversee vendor work. Perform general repairs and adjustments to building systems, lighting, and plumbing. Qualifications Must have general maintenance experience in the operation of commercial buildings and equipment. High School degree or equivalent. Ability to participate in on‑call, after‑hours, and weekend rotations. Basic computer skills. Excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants. Valid driver’s license, clear driving record, and ability to lift 100 lbs. Ability to work from a ladder, work overhead, handle environmental conditions, and be aware of equipment sounds. Preferred Skills Proven track record of excellence. Knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to make adjustments and repairs. Microsoft 365 software experience.
