What You'll Do As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be an important resource for our customers, helping answer questions, resolve issues, and provide the responsive service that builds long-term relationships. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional customer support by phone, email, and other communication channels. Assist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, payments, and account updates. Help process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and other service requests. Respond to customer questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Provide clear information about coverage, policies, and available options. Assist customers with claims-related questions and help connect them with the appropriate resources when needed. Follow up with customers to ensure their questions and service needs have been resolved. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Work closely with the agency team to provide timely and consistent service. Help create a positive customer experience that encourages long-term loyalty and retention. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred. Insurance experience is a plus but not required. Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus, with willingness to obtain after hire if needed. Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
