Director Clinical Operations - BCBA

We are an early-stage healthcare organization in New Jersey introducing a distinctive, highly personalized model of care, one built on thoughtful attention, clinical excellence, and an elevated experience for every family we serve. We are seeking a Founding BCBA to lead and oversee all clinical operations from inception. This is an opportunity for an accomplished clinician with an entrepreneurial spirit: someone who takes pride in hands‑on excellence and wants to help build an organization defined by quality, not volume. As our clinical leader, you will set the standard. The founder leads the business. You lead every aspect of clinical care.
