Responsibilities:

• Screen prescription orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare prescriptions - retrieve, count, pour, weigh, measure, and sometimes mix the medication.
• Perform calculations.
• Perform medication reconciliation.
• Assist in the management of investigational drug studies and Filling, data entry, handling cash registers, DME equipment knowledge, Trained in HIPPA, reliable candidate with punctuality. 
• Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Pharmacy Cashiers handle customer transactions and operate the cash register in a pharmacy.

Other job duties that Pharmacy Cashiers are responsible for include:

• Greeting customers.
• Handling their complaints.
• Keeping the store well-stocked and clean.
• Counting the money in the cash drawer.
• And processing items.
