If you're a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving complex vehicle issues, and wants to make an impact in a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.What We OfferCompetitive pay starting at $26/hour DOEOpportunity to grow with a newly established businessModern facility equipped with the latest Hunter diagnostic and alignment equipmentSupportive and team-oriented work environmentProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesWhat You'll DoAs a Master Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability by:Diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issuesPerforming repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, and electrical systemsConducting advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic equipment and softwarePerforming inspections and recommending required repairsCompleting oil changes, brake services, tire installations, alignments, and other preventative maintenance servicesWorking on a variety of vehicle makes and models, including hybrid and electric vehiclesDocumenting repairs, labor, and parts accuratelyEnsuring all work meets safety, manufacturer, and company standardsAssisting with workflow management and supporting shop operations as neededProviding technical guidance and mentorship to junior techniciansMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized work areaDelivering excellent customer service by clearly explaining vehicle concerns and repair recommendationsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years of automotive repair and diagnostic experienceStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systemsExperience diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issuesASE Certifications preferredTechnical or vocational training in automotive repair preferredExperience with EV and hybrid vehicle repair is a plusLeadership or mentorship experience is highly desirableValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced shop environmentFlexibility to work weekends and business-required schedulesWhy Join NU3S?When you join NU3S, you're not just taking another technician job.
