Progressive Reporting Agency dba Motor Carrier HQ is a Salt Lake City, Utah based company, which provides consulting and a variety of administrative support services to the transportation industry.

 

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and guests both in person and over the phone. This role is essential for creating a positive first impression and for supporting the daily operations of our business coaches and administrative team. This is an exciting, fast-paced position with a variety of responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys learning, problem-solving, and helping others succeed.

Primary Duties may include, but not limited to:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Greet, assist, and provide information to clients, visitors, and guests.
• Provide administrative support to business coaches and office staff.
• Assist clients with paperwork, forms, and documentation to maintain their trucking companies.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle sensitive company and client information with confidentiality.
• Support special projects and other assigned tasks.

Required Experience:

 

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of administrative or business-related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish, a plus though not required.
• Ability to provide world-class customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized and able to manage time efficiently with strong follow-through skills. 
• Optimistic attitude with the ability to learn, adapt and solve problems quickly.
• Upbeat and positive personality, highly motivated to succeed.
• Team player and self-starter who takes direction well but can also work independently.

• Basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
