Clinic Physician

Position: Clinic Physician

FTE: 1.0 Non-Union

Salary Range: $220,000 to $360,000 Exempt

Job Summary: Physician duly licensed to practice medicine in Minnesota whose principal duties are to provide professional medical services in the Clinic department as indicated, through assessment, and improvement of the individual and collective health status of individuals in the communities served. The physician will carry out the mission of Rainy Lake Medical Center by providing comprehensive clinical care in collaboration with other staff to our patients. The scope of practice of each physician is defined through the Practices' credentialing and privileging committee.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Board Certified license (MD or DO)
• BLS
• Valid NPI number, Current DEA with authority to prescribe all levels
• Degree in Medicine and completed U.S. Medical Licensing Examination

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of practice as a licensed physician
• ACLS

Education:

Doctorate or better.

Experience:

Valid NPI number, Current DEA with authority to prescribe all levels

Licenses & Certifications:

Basic Life Support

Doctor of Medicine
