Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care within a high-volume inpatient surgical unit operating 24/7
• Support a wide range of surgical service lines including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Urology, General Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery
• Assist with robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing advanced surgical technology
• Manage a daily case volume ranging from 28 to 55 cases, adapting to dynamic surgical schedules
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative process

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency across multiple surgical specialties including but not limited to robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, and gynecology

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical platforms (e.g., Xi robotic systems) across General, Urology, and Thoracic service lines
