We’re seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing team. Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a skilled professional to join their on-site team in Sussex, WI. This Temp to Perm role offers a stable 1st shift schedule with opportunities for overtime and diverse responsibilities.
CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on CNC lathes and machining centers.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Conduct machine tear-downs, rebuilds, and wiring tasks.
- Use schematics and technical documents to identify root causes of issues.
- Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to resolve complex equipment concerns.
CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with CNC equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Proficient in wiring, troubleshooting, and documenting maintenance activities.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
