Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• 12-hour day shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• Every other weekend required
• Must have 1-2 years of experience
• Some neonatal and pediatric experience required
• Patient population includes adults, geriatrics, and possible micro-preemies to hospice
• May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility
• Work with Vocsn Ventilators and V60 BiPAPs equipment
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Iowa license must be in hand at time of submission

This regional health center has been serving its community for more than 125 years, providing a wide range of health services including emergency medicine, critical care, medical/surgical, acute rehabilitation, obstetrics, and pediatrics. The facility also offers specialty services such as cardiac catheterization, diagnostic and therapeutic radiological services, wound care, pain clinic, sleep lab, and pathology. The medical staff, many of whom are board-certified, offer a complete range of services from family practice and internal medicine to specialties such as general surgery, gastroenterology, orthopedics, urology, cardiology, and radiation oncology.
