About the Position

Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Every other weekend required | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting with an acuity-based patient ratio of 1:2/3
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients throughout the shift
• Accurately document patient care activities and clinical data using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient census demands

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity ICU environment with complex patient populations
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a travel or temporary assignment setting
