- Respond to emergency water damage and mold remediation calls.
- Inspect and assess property damage.
- Extract standing water using specialized equipment.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and air movers.
- Remove damaged materials such as drywall, insulation, flooring, and carpeting.
- Perform mold remediation following industry standards and safety protocols.
- Clean, sanitize, and deodorize affected areas.
- Document damage, work performed, and moisture readings.
- Communicate with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and contractors.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles.
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety guidelines.
