Sales Representative What You’ll Do Serve as the welcoming face of TruGreen, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn‑care needs and deliver customized solutions. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach, building trust and satisfaction with each interaction. Tailor sales messaging to match each household’s unique needs, turning inquiries into signed contracts with a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell lawn‑care services, demonstrating how customers can enhance their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED (advanced education encouraged). Prior sales or customer‑service experience preferred, but passion and hustle are critical. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing conversations. Excellent time‑management and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable using mobile technology for on‑site data entry. Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. English fluency (reading, writing, speaking). Residency in the United States during employment. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay of $27,669.00 – $58,865.00 a year, plus uncapped commissions.
