This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, natural organization, and a desire to grow in a client-facing, operationally strategic environment.In this position, you'll report to regional leadership and work alongside ambitious sales professionals, gaining hands-on experience in business operations, marketing, recruiting, event coordination, analytics, and more. This is an ideal launchpad for a high-potential early-career professional looking to develop into a leadership or client-facing role over time.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport business development efforts through meeting preparation, lead tracking, CRM updates, and account managementAssist with prospecting initiatives, presentation logistics, and client-facing eventsCoordinate and document interviews, candidate follow-ups, and recruiting-related activitiesPartner with internal teams to organize MY Relationship events and candidate dinnersMonitor and update reports in CRM, Workday, and Power BI, including expenses, receivables, and qualified leadsHelp manage the day-to-day operations of the National Markets & Sales Team with flexibility and precisionWork cross-functionally to ensure smooth communication and process efficiency across departmentsSupport office, market, or regional initiatives as neededTake on special projects related to operations, recruiting, marketing, or sales enablementQualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionStrong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to prioritize, plan, and execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environmentOrganized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a high level of professional maturityExceptional written and verbal communicationInterest in leadership, personal development, and growth-oriented challengesCommitment to a collaborative team environment and a strong work ethicAbility to work a consistent 45–48 hours per week and be onsite four days weeklyMust reside within commuting distance of Wilmington or PhiladelphiaPreferred Experience1+ year of professional or internship experience in sales, recruiting, client service, or operationsExperience in a client-facing or high-collaboration settingFamiliarity with CRM tools, Power BI, or Workday is a plusAdvanced degrees or certifications are a bonusThis is a direct-hire opportunity with a company that deeply invests in its people and creates a strong culture of growth, accountability, and leadership development.
