Packer Position
As a Packer, you are responsible for processing high-quality fresh fish to fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. This role also requires maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Hours:
- Sunday-Thursday 5AM-3PM (Over time very commonly available)
- Must have availability for Saturdays & Sundays (overtime)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $17.50 per hour, with a.50 cent increase after 3 months.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Package product with speed and accuracy to meet production standards
- Place fish fillets and portions onto conveyor belts and processing equipment
- Pack finished products into cases
- Follow written and verbal instructions effectively
- Work collaboratively with team members and support overall production goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Work Environment:
- Production area with cold temperatures (3540F); appropriate warm clothing is required
- Fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Provided cold gear and steel toe boots.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow directions
- Bilingual preferred but not needed.
