Independent Living Specialist Full-Time

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Full-Time Independent Living Specialist to support youth in developing the skills needed for successful adulthood.

What You'll Do:

• Work one-on-one with youth to build independent living skills
• Provide guidance in education, career, and employment planning
• Teach daily living skills, budgeting, and financial responsibility
• Support substance abuse prevention and healthy decision-making
• Assist youth in obtaining items through the stipend program
• Connect youth with community resources (housing, education, employment)
• Transport youth to homes, foster placements, and program sites using your personal vehicle

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
