The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a busy practice while working alongside experienced surgeons and specialists in a growing regional health system. Ideal Candidate Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery. Demonstrated experience and expertise in upper GI and abdominal wall surgery, including hernia repair and esophageal/gastric procedures strongly preferred. Experience with minimally invasive and robotic surgery is highly desirable. Fellowship training is welcomed but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to multidisciplinary, team-based care. Passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered surgical care. Practice Focus & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general surgical care within a multidisciplinary environment. Perform minimally invasive and robotic surgical procedures as appropriate. Collaborate with gastroenterology, oncology, radiology, pathology, advanced practice providers, and other specialties to provide comprehensive patient care. Participate in inpatient and outpatient surgical care and contribute to the continued growth of the surgical program. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with productivity incentive.
