Tube Bender Operator - Bend Pro G2 controls

Job Description

We are seeking a Tube Bender to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set-up and operate rotary draw bending machines while conforming to aerospace tolerances
Set-up and operate CNC tube cutting equipment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
1+ years of experience tube bending machines

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

2+ years of experience tube bending aerospace parts
Experience working with close tolerances
Experience working with Inconel, titanium, aluminum and stainless steel
Bend Pro G2 controls
Experience with tube bending machines .250 to 3.0" tubes
Techno Industrial Tube Bender
Eaton Leonard Semi-AutoMatic Bender
Pines Tube Bender
Lewis & Clark Manual Bender
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
Must be able to stand for extended periods – 8 hours min

SCHEDULE:

7:00am - 3:30pm. Overtime may be required on an as needed basis.
