Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,521 per week

Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Los Angeles, California. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness in an outpatient setting, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active California PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum experience with outpatient orthopedic and post-operative populations preferred. Experience with documentation, goal writing, functional outcome measures, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic guidelines. Ability to evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and modify plans per physician direction and patient progress. Must not be a new graduate. Previous clinical experience required. Willingness to participate in student supervision and precepting as assigned preferred.
