Job Overview The Senior Maintenance Program Specialist is responsible for development, implementation, and management of maintenance programs that support the Maintenance Department at Crane CEC in Middletown, PA. Key Responsibilities Coordinate completion of department core functions (inspection readiness, performance indicator generation, website updates, Knowledge Transfer & Retention, Plan of the Day material, program ownership, training coordination, management review package). Perform analyst functions (support self‑assessments, benchmarking, work group evaluations, organizational readiness, performance improvement investigations, action tracking, PIAP maintenance). Support Clean Energy Center committees and programs (New Work Screening, Maintenance Rule Expert Panel, PORC, Surveillance Frequency Change, Cyber Security Assessment, Safety, FME, Configuration Control). Perform business analyst functions (contract management, budget development, forecasting, workforce planning). Support special projects and contract personnel oversight. Act as backup Front Line Supervisor, duty team member, or Emergency Response Organization member as required. Perform other duties as directed, including emergency response and outage support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience OR current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience OR Associate’s degree with 7 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience Minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and a favorable medical examination or testing in accordance with position duties. Preferred Qualifications 8 years of utility or related‑industry experience Knowledge of contract administration and budgeting Master of Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, or Project Management Professional Expertise in PeopleSoft and Hyperion financial systems Previous Corrective Action / Root Cause Analysis training Root Cause Evaluator qualification Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $117,000 to $130,000, based on experience.
