Our growing HVAC company needs a service tech to meet clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix HVAC equipment. Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role. You have the technical skills to identify HVAC problems, and the communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, installed, or replaced, and why. $50,000 - $70,000+ yearly

• Identify and fix HVAC problems, including component replacement and installation
• Certify newly installed components properly function
• Present customers with a total for the HVAC services, repairs, and installation
• Complete preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers
• Keep record of completed projects and the parts used

• Attended HVAC school for degree or has a minimum of 1+ years experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalent
• The candidate must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a can-do attitude
• Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• We require candidates have a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or 100 lbs with aid
