Job Summary And Qualifications Full time (Monday - Friday, day shift), no nights, no on-call, no weekends, no holidays Seeking a Clerical Documentation Assistant (CDA) who assists the provider with navigating the medical record, locating information for review and researching information as requested. What you will do in this role: CDAs must be present during the clinical service encounter and capture accurate and detailed documentation of the patient/Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) /Independent Advanced Practice Professional (Independent APP) encounter in a timely manner (during the encounter or immediately following the patient encounter).
