Walmart seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will oversee safe and accurate medication dispensing, drive clinical services such as immunizations and medication therapy management, and ensure full regulatory and company policy compliance. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling pharmacists and technicians, managing inventory and controlled substances, optimizing workflow, and delivering excellent patient counseling. You’ll analyze performance metrics, foster a culture of integrity and continuous improvement, and collaborate with store leadership to support community health and customer satisfaction.
