Engineered Group is hiring a Skilled Craftsman with a background in carpentry or construction. We're looking for someone who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and is excited to work with innovative materials like architectural finishes, decorative glass films, vinyl faux wood, and sun control solutions. In this role, you’ll install custom graphics and surface treatments on walls, ceilings, beams, and more—transforming ordinary spaces into standout designs. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable with measurements and basic calculations, and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Install window films, vinyl faux wood, and other patterns on windows, doors, beams, walls, and ceilings, ensuring precise alignment and placement according to client specifications.

• Measure and mark surfaces to ensure accurate placement of custom graphics and patterns.

• Work with precision to create high-end, premium finishes.

• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and apply materials to designated surfaces.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.

• Communicate with clients and project managers regarding installation progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments.

• Continuously strive to improve installation techniques and processes to deliver the highest quality results for our clients.

Qualifications

• We're looking for someone with experience in carpentry, sign Graphics, window film installation or a related skilled trade, but what is most important is a willingness to learn and take direction as we will work to train you on the job!

• Proficient with tools (especially cutting tools), measurements and basic calculations.

• Hardworking, strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality and precise installations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Ability to work efficiently and produce high-quality results.

• Physically able to climb ladders, work at heights, and perform manual labor as required.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
