Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients with warm professionalism, establishing rapport and maintaining ethical boundaries throughout the therapeutic relationship.

• Regularly meet with clients to assess their progress, discuss any concerns, schedule appointments, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to determine clients' initial needs and establish effective treatment strategies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis while also engaging in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n
