GS-14:

Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the private sector providing legal advice and counsel on complex regulatory, administrative and statutory matters. Examples include: interpreting and applying statutes and regulations advising on complex legal and regulatory issues drafting and reviewing regulatory and legal documents responding to regulatory inquiries and proposals supporting federal rulemaking activities Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
