  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong ability to manage and develop team members
  • Excellent operational and financial management skills (P&L, budgeting)

  • Ability to create a positive and efficient work culture
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
