About Oregon City, OR:

Oregon City is located in Clackamas County, 19 miles south of Portland where the Willamette and Clackamas Rivers converge. The city has three major zones defined by steep hills or bluffs, and it has a (very) miniature space needle in the middle of downtown. Downtown also offers great dining options, local breweries, and shopping. Oregon City was the first state capital, so it is rich with historical sites, interpretive centers and a museum. Oregon City was the winner of the 2018 Great American Downtown Award, it's small enough for you to feel a sense of connection with the community, but also large enough to have many cultural offerings, plus it's close to I-205 and Portland! Oregon is known for its natural beauty and recreational opportunities and Oregon City is no exception, it offers hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, and boating. Finally, it has great schools.
