$15.50 hourly + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective buyers through property tours, showcasing features and benefits to help them envision their future home.
• Coordinate and schedule showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and team members alike.
• Collaborate with our dynamic team to develop and implement personalized marketing strategies for each property.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, sharing insights with clients to aid their decision-making.
• Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Leverage our cutting-edge technology and systems to streamline the showing process and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales, with a valid real estate license in Arizona.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a seamless showing experience.
• Proven track record of coordinating and scheduling property showings efficiently.
• Familiarity with the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale real estate market, providing valuable insights to clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to personalized marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in using technology and systems to enhance the client experience and streamline processes.
• Strong organizational skills to prepare properties for showings, ensuring they are presented optimally.
