We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packer to join our manufacturing team in Cherryville, NC. This position plays a vital role in ensuring products are packaged accurately, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Package products according to established packaging procedures and quality standards
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging
• Label, sort, and prepare products for shipping and handling
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Make minor equipment adjustments as needed to maintain production flow
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records
• Report quality concerns, damaged products, or equipment issues to supervisors
• Assist with inventory counts and management of packaging materials and supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written work instructions and packaging procedures
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Experience in a medical products, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
• Experience operating packaging equipment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
