Quality Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturing company near Independence, KS, producing steel parts and assemblies primarily for the agriculture, construction, energy, and heavy truck industries. About the Role This QM would lead a small quality team across all three shifts, with QE, supervisory, and APQP support on first shift. The primary focus right now is driving their ISO 9001 quality management system and getting the facility prepared for an upcoming audit. Responsibilities You’d also be heavily involved with managing customer portal complaints. Responding quickly, delivering professional and transparent communication. Making sure root-cause solutions are put in place. Qualifications Significant Quality Management or Quality Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Required Skills Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 compliance, QMS management, and audit preparation. Proven experience managing customer complaints and issues through online customer portals. Background managing quality across a multi-shift manufacturing operation. Demonstrated ability to make autonomous decisions, drive root-cause corrective actions, and communicate professionally under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
