Resident Care Associate

Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Associate to support seniors in our assisted living and memory care community. In this hands-on role, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals, while promoting dignity and independence. You will observe and report changes in condition, follow individualized care plans, and partner closely with nurses, families, and teammates.
