What You'll Do * Install, retrofit, and service a wide range of residential and commercial doors, including overhead, sectional, roll-up, coiling, and fire doors. * Work on loading dock systems, rolling door operators, partition walls, and perform preventative maintenance with detailed inspections. * Ensure each project meets Pro Garage Door's standards for safety, performance, and reliability. What We're Looking For * Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools. * Basic knowledge of construction principles. * Ability to read measurements and follow installation guidelines accurately. * Team-oriented with strong communication skills. * Motivated self-starter who can also work independently. * Valid driver's license with a clean record. * High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. Physical Requirements * Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly. * Stand, climb ladders, stoop, bend, crawl, and work in tight garage spaces. * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
