The ideal candidate will have substantive experience representing banks and non-bank lenders and borrowers in bilateral and syndicated commercial loan transactions, including asset-based and cash flow facilities. This role will involve the structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing of loan and security agreements and related transaction documents, as well as managing diligence items and other key closing work. We are looking for an attorney who is self-motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
