Technical Recruiter

About the job Seeking an experienced Recruiter (4-6 years) to drive end-to-end hiring primarily for technical roles across engineering and product teams, with some additional non-technical hiring across the business. You'll work closely with hiring managers, founders, and cross-functional partners to build robust talent pipelines, streamline hiring processes, and create a top-tier candidate experience. This is a high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to hire at speed without compromising quality. Please note this is a hybrid role (3 days/week in office) based in the South Bay Area, CA. Compensation is approximately $120k/yr, depending on experience and qualifications + equity. Key Responsibilities Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support Manage multiple requisitions across levels (IC, lead, manager), primarily across technical functions (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Mobile, Data, ML, DevOps, QA) with occasional non-technical roles (e.g., G&A, Sales, Marketing, Operations) Run structured intake meetings and align hiring plans with stakeholders Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, communities, and referrals Execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and high-demand technical skills Maintain consistent pipeline health and share weekly hiring progress updates Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and interview loops Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups Drive offer negotiation and closing strategies with candidates Improve interview process efficiency, feedback quality, and hiring velocity Track hiring funnel metrics (conversion rates, time-to-fill, source performance) Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure accurate reporting and compliance Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of recruiting experience required, with a strong focus on technical hiring Proven track record hiring for engineering roles (startup or high-growth environment preferred) Comfort recruiting across a mix of technical and non-technical functions Strong sourcing skills with measurable success in passive candidate hiring Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring market trends Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools High ownership, speed, and attention to detail Nice to have Experience hiring for AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, or Security roles preferred Experience hiring globally or across multiple geographies preferred Exposure to building hiring processes from scratch or scaling teams rapidly preferred Experience working closely with founders/leadership teams preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
