Certified Forklift Operator – TWIC Card Required
Company: Labor One Marine & Industrial Services
Location: Brownsville, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Overtime: Opportunities available based on project needs
Position Summary
Labor One Marine & Industrial Services is currently hiring experienced Certified Forklift Operators with a valid TWIC card for immediate work in the Brownsville area.
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely operating forklift equipment to load, unload, transport, and stage materials in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklift equipment to load and unload materials
- Move, transport, and stage materials throughout the work site
- Load and unload trucks and designated material areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections before operation
- Report equipment damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues
- Follow all company and job-site safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with material handling and general labor duties as needed
- Work safely and efficiently with supervisors and other crew members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Forklift Certification required
- Valid TWIC Card required
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Ability to safely operate forklift equipment in an industrial environment
- Ability to perform physical work as required
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and all safety procedures
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed
Schedule
Schedule may vary based on project needs.
Overtime opportunities available.
