Certifications: ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certification required; BLS required

Must-Have: Candidate must have their own vehicle. Personal scrubs of any color are required, but designs or cartoons are not allowed. No hoodies are permitted.

Description: Candidates must ensure that their agency can perform a 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance before submitting their profile. It is essential to include the New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate with all submissions. All new and returning agency staff must have completed specific training for onboarding and clearance. Requested time off during this assignment must be noted and verified at the time of upload. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. There is no block scheduling available for this position. Candidates must review compliance requirements to ensure they will meet all medical and vaccination needs before profile submission. Venipuncture experience is required. Experience with GE machines and proficiency in EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS are required. A supervisory signed reference from the past two years of employment must be provided. The permanent address must be included in the profile and should match the driver's license or state ID. Travelers from designated counties will not be considered for this assignment.
