Floyd's 99 Barbershop | Charlotte, NC - Steele Creek Location
Looking for a shop where you can grow your career, express your creativity, and build a loyal client following? Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Charlotte's Steele Creek area is adding licensed Barbers and Hair Stylists to our team.
At Floyd's 99, we combine the tradition of a neighborhood barbershop with modern style and a high-energy atmosphere. Our team members are encouraged to be themselves, continue growing their skills, and deliver exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through the door. Compensation & Perks
$1,800 Sign-On Bonus
Weekly pay
Commission structure ranging from 45% to 60% based on service revenue
Guaranteed $16 hourly base pay or commission , whichever is greater, plus tips
Many Floyd's professionals earn between $60,000 and $100,000+ annually
Additional earnings through retail product commissions

What You'll Be Doing
Create outstanding haircutting and grooming experiences for clients
Perform men's and women's haircut services, fades, styling, and beard work
Build strong relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
Share product recommendations that support your clients' hair goals
Work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to quality and customer service
What We're Looking For
Current North Carolina Barber or Cosmetology license
Experience providing haircutting, styling, and grooming services
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other scheduled shifts
