Venue Technology Assistant - Talking Sticks Resorts Amphitheatre

Responsibilities Provide level 1 and 2 support to all point‑of‑sale system problems and escalates when necessary. Initiate and implement improvements in areas of responsibility. Conduct venue walk‑throughs to ensure all systems are operational before and during events. Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events. Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors and breakage. Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices. Practice safe work habits; follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations; complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training. Qualifications Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills; proven ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks efficiently and timely. Strong verbal and written communication and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Must adapt quickly to environmental changes. Highly effective oral presentation and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including operating system and office systems.
