Full-Time Real Estate Agent - Leads and Open House Opportunities Provided

We’re looking for a full-time real estate agent who wants to spend less time searching for business and more time working with active buyers and sellers. Our team generates ongoing listing activity, giving agents regular opportunities to host open houses, meet serious buyers, and build a stronger pipeline.

This role is built for someone who already understands the business and wants a more consistent environment to grow production. You’ll have access to lead opportunities, team listings, shared systems, and a collaborative group that helps keep momentum moving.

Your focus will be simple: meet people, follow up consistently, build trust, and turn real estate conversations into long-term client relationships. The more effectively you work the opportunities in front of you, the more room you have to grow your production and income.

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, professional, and committed to working in real estate full-time. Strong communication, reliable follow-up, and the ability to build rapport quickly will be important in this role.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:

$125,000 - $212,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through open houses and community events to build lasting relationships.
• Leverage provided leads to actively pursue new business opportunities and expand your client base.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance collective success.
• Utilize our shared systems to streamline processes and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Consistently follow up with clients to nurture relationships and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant advice.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism to secure favorable outcomes for clients and the team alike.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in hosting open houses and engaging with potential buyers and sellers.
• Ability to leverage leads effectively to expand your client base and increase sales.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with the Santa Ana-Anaheim-Irvine real estate market and current trends.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
• Proficiency in using real estate systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
