- Ability to work flexible Monday through Friday schedules during the day with some weekends as needed
- Preferred - leadership experience
- You're currently in hospital medicine
- You're experienced with leading a medical team
- You're hungry to grow your career and expand your knowledge
- You're patient-oriented and passionate about helping others
- Working in a long-term care facility and overseeing post-acute care
- Skillfully leading a team of talented multi-specialists and nurse practitioners
- Fostering an uplifting and collaborative patient care environment
- Assisting with complex cases
