Evaluate assigned patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discipline-specific therapy services to support functional return to community activities. Participate in student instruction as assigned and pursue professional development in collaboration with clinical management. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active MA physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience is required.
• Demonstrated competence with comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, and development of individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with documentation systems, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to aides and students as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in outpatient clinic settings treating musculoskeletal and post-surgical populations.
• Prior participation in student supervision or educational programs.
• Additional certifications relevant to outpatient orthopedics or manual therapy are preferred.

• 5x8 schedule.
• One position available.
• May be required to follow clinic guidelines for personal appearance, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain required professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education.
