Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Med Surg unit. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, competent nursing care for patients with varying and complex needs
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for continuity of care
• Educate patients and families and support discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical standards
• Promote a safe, clean, and patient-centered environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Active RN license (North Carolina)
• Nursing Diploma or ADN/ASN from an accredited program
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
