In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse remains cleaned, organized and inventory is tracked and organized.Why TAK?Full Time - Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (occasional Saturdays)Paid Bi-WeeklyCompensation: $20 - $25 per hour, DOEFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental & Vision)Paid Time Off401(k) with Company Match!25K Company Paid Life InsuranceIndependent Work & Team CollaborationCareer Development & Advancement Opportunities!The RoleMaintain warehouse, ensuring it remains cleaned and organizedTrack and maintains inventory for all equipment & parts, keeping items locked and organizedPlace orders and manage intake of deliveries, stocking shelvesIssue/return equipment to Technician's on a daily and weekly basisComplete a daily reconciliation of technician equipment levelsParticipate in company vehicle management: clean and detail vehicles, deliver vehicles requiring repair to the repair shopAssign uniforms, tools, and safety gear to all technicians; ensuring invoices are signedOther duties as assignedRequirements1+ years in broadband, telecommunications, warehouse or related experience requiredAbility to operate both a box truck and forkliftAbility to work a rotating Saturday scheduleAbility to operate a pallet jack and certified forklift operator preferredExcellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customersAbility to work independentlyStrong desire to grow and develop team membersAbility to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the timeAbility to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and toolsAbility to lift and carry up to 75lbsMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves drivingMust be able to drive a 3/4-ton truck or larger, Class A Commercial Driver's License a plusPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
