Facility: LTC/SNF
Shift: 7am 3pm | 3pm 11pm Five days in a week that includes EOW
Contract: 9 weeks
Local Pay: $36-$37/hr

Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADLs, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RNs.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
