Apply today and build a career that inspires you!The Assistant General Manager’s primary role is assisting the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the hotel while ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting with driving revenue and controlling expenses to achieve strong financial performance, training and development of team members, providing direction and support to ensure adherence to hotel policies, standards, procedures and expectations, labor and payroll management, etc. The AGM must have frequent and detailed communication with Department Managers to maintain consistency across all shifts.Join a Team that Puts Your Well-Being First!At Olympia Hospitality, we believe in supporting our employees both in and out of the workplace.
