We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join our events and community engagement team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and supporting meaningful charitable causes.

The Sales Associate will represent nonprofit and charitable organizations through face-to-face outreach, events, and community engagement campaigns . You’ll connect with potential supporters, educate them about charitable programs, and help generate awareness and support.

No nonprofit or sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.

• Engage with the public at events, venues, retail locations, and other high-traffic areas
• Introduce community members to nonprofit missions, programs, and charitable initiatives
• Build positive relationships with potential donors, supporters, clients, and community partners
• Represent charitable organizations with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about campaigns and events
• Support event planning, setup, coordination, and execution
• Assist with identifying potential partners, sponsors, and community opportunities
• Track daily activity, campaign results, and performance goals
• Work collaboratively with event and marketing teams to ensure successful campaigns
• Participate in networking opportunities, community events, and professional development
• Learn and apply effective communication, outreach, and sales strategies

• No previous sales or nonprofit experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
• Strong interest in building relationships and helping others
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results
• Organized and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, fundraising, or event experience is a plus, but not required
