Step into a meaningful role shaping the lives of students with autism by providing dedicated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a collaborative school environment. This full-time contract opportunity offers three immediate and upcoming positions to join supportive teams serving high school, middle school, and elementary students. Open Positions: Immediate Opening (High School): Work within a small-group, substantially separate program supporting students with autism who do not present significant behavioral challenges. This assignment runs through early March. November 20th Start (Middle School): Provide ABA therapy in a substantially separate program for students with complex behavioral needs. Safety-care training preferred; candidates without this training will receive it. This is an 8-week assignment. November 20th Start (Elementary School): Support students with autism within the general education environment. Key Qualifications: Strong experience and skillset in Applied Behavior Analysis Certified as a Behavior Therapist (BT), with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) candidates also welcomed Prior school-based ABA experience is required Reliable transportation and an easy commute are essential Not open to paraprofessional roles; must be comfortable working independently, as district BCBA supervision is not available for RBTs Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to student needs Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to promote student success Conduct data collection and progress monitoring consistent with ethical ABA practice Support inclusive practices and positive behavioral supports within classroom settings Participate in Zoom interview as part of the selection process Compensation for this position ranges from $22.00 to $37.00.
