Where You Will Work:

Atrium Health West Blvd Family Medicine


. We are a community-based family medicine clinic in West Charlotte located in the same parking lot as the Stratford YMCA minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. We see all age groups and pride ourselves on our embedded resources such as social work, pharmacy, and a community health worker to serve the entire patient. We see newborn and well child visits, sick visits and chronic comorbidity management. Our goal is to provide top comprehensive care to prevent hospitalization and further progression of disease.

Were Looking For:

• 
  Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  
  

• 
  Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  
  

• 
  Prior ambulatory family medicine or inpatient acute care experience preferred0
  
  



• 
  Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
  
  



• 
  Current certification in?BLS required

  BSN preferred

What Youll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
