What You Will Do Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems (AC/DC circuits, motors, VFDs, control panels) Diagnose issues on PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control layouts Support PLC and HMI troubleshooting and system improvements Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability Partner with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance Conduct root cause analysis and implement lasting solutions Ensure all work meets safety standards and LOTO requirements What You Bring Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience Strong experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and automation systems Solid understanding of motor controls, VFDs, and power distribution Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently A safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail Why Join Us Health & Wellness : Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, including an innovative global healthcare option for qualified participants.
